Did you remove your review on Yelp or did they remove it for you? It seems like every single review that goes up on Yelp is removed within a few days

I removed it because they came and resolved the issue. I probably put it on there a little too quick because they’re not bad guys. But when you see people commenting on here, it does get scary and probably caused me overreact.

Any company that requires you to bash them online to complete a project you have already paid for is not a good group of people. It’s sad that they remove bad comments, now they have a fake comment on their yelp page. The company has been around for 4+ years and only have one “positive” review this site is amazing since it comes up online to show people how the company really operates.

Same. I removed it because they resolved the issue.

I dont think you will have to take to social media. You can just call them directly and they will fix it if you tell them whats up

It’s been a year and a half, and my pool is still not complete. They are almost finished, but I’m not sure what’s causing the delay.

No one has been out in the past two weeks. I reached out to Crystal, and she said she would speak with David, but all I keep hearing is “next week.” I’ve had no responses from either David or Louis.

At this point, I’m wondering if I should file a complaint against their license or go through the attorney general. This experience has been terrible—I’ve never dealt with a company like this before.

Please share this on their Yelp page. They have high visibility there.

It seems like they are paying to have reviews removed.

Someone puts up a bad review and a few days later it’s removed. I would make sure to add it there and contact the Florida BBB, this way they can have their license removed

If you just reach out to the owners direclty. They surprizingly answer me almost everytime and resolve the issue promptly.

Their project managers know what they are doing too ! Thats the savin grace for me!

What a bunch of bs, where are they for these people that have been waiting for years to have their pool finished? These are all reviews from I am guessing family and friends of the owners. Hopefully potential customers aren’t fooled by fake reviews and do some research.

David and the whole gang are a band of fraudsters. I wouldn’t recommend this company if they are the last ones building pools. Something is up with the solar. I think they are illegally funneling money through it.

They claim not to get paid, it’s impossible. They get the money and leave us all hanging.

He (David) is a scam artist. He knows exactly what he’s doing and he doesn’t care. My pool is also incomplete and it’s been 2 years. I also heard about the new G-Wagon his girlfriend/sig other is driving on our money.

He screams broke but he’s just fine living off our money and financing.

He is a crook - with a capital C!!! I hate this for all of us.

WOW, another one..... I contracted with SuperStar Pools in mid-2023 and my project is still NOT completed...

That's insane i contracted SuperSat in 2023 and my projects is also not completed I heard David just purchased a G Wagon and employees don't have gas to get to the work site….

Please put this on their yelp page and do not take the review down until he pays you. It’s ridiculous this company is still in business scamming people.

Did your pool get finished?

Please don’t listen to this Frank guy as he must be friends with the owner. They have these as Solar Loans, that means as soon as you sign the paperwork all of the money is released at once, unlike a normal pool loan that releases in batches as certain parts of the pool is completed.

A normal pool loan you don’t make payments until the project is finished. There is no banking issue, and like Frank said go ahead and look up his name for lawsuits. There a few of them and it’s all him as the defendant. They have cases about not paying bills and being evicted too.

Not sure how anyone at that company can sleep at night taking money from hardworking people like they do.

Frank answer me this, why are people paying this huge amount of money every month for a loan and the project hasn’t been finished in years? Look up Green Minded Solar too, their previous company they were run out of because of the same business practices

Once alone is securitized. It doesn’t matter how the contractor is paid out or in what stage.

Or if the money is held the escrow. The borrower is responsible to start making payments. A traditional pool gets released upfront and all at once. The homeowner starts paying for it 30 days later when the project is completed, but when the loan is secure.

There are some thanks that may only charge as the money is distributed. But for the most part what you’re saying is not true. I too thoroughly investigated only to find out by working with officials that the owners of this company are good. There is no foul play as you are suggesting.

Luckily, they have finished all of their projects or are on track to do so as they completed mine and everyone in our neighborhood.

They had about eight pools in this neighborhood That I’ve been completed. The timeline was bad, but the level of service and long-term relationship has been outstanding with their field guys.

Totally agree with the people here. I’ve been waiting for almost 3 years and my project has not been done.

I keep chasing David Remington and he keeps saying “next Tuesday”, “Late Afternoon” and nothing happens.

I’m exhausted to be chasing him around. I just can’t imagine how he sleeps at night playing with people like that.

The best thing to do is call a lawyer, post on their Yelp page and get the BBB involved. You can get damages from them for money paid.

We might not be the fastest company in the world because there are other things that are out of our control, sometimes such as financing and releasing of funds. But we always have the interest of the consumer at the front of our hearts.

No one should text you because you never come through on anything. Saying “we aren’t the slowest” is a crazy thing to say when you have clients paying almost a grand a month for no pool.

No one wants to use their real name because you are relentless until someone removes a review you don’t like. I don’t know how you guys sleep at night taking money from hard earned individuals that trust you.

We have never failed to complete a job. If there is an issue with yours or financing or anything along those lines. Obviously there are things that are out of our control like finance companies payments and when we are subcontracted a project if we do not get paid, we cannot continue to work on it. Please reach out to me immediately so we can get resolution as I have oversight into every project in my pipeline.

None of this is true. A family member bought a pool through you, the money is released immediately as soon as the solar is installed, all of the money. Normal pool loans are released in batches, you guys get the money up front then never finish anything.

I agree with this comment as well!!! Stay away! Worst mistake ever.

The banks told me they released the money, so I don’t believe that. We having been waiting on a year to have our pool completed. It’s always next week or the next day

The court records are public. David the owner of Superstar is even pressing criminal charges on the Solar Company that didnt pay him.

This is all public information.

They have been doing tbe right thing by all their customera and theie internal team that builds the pools are fantastic. They cant move fast if they dont get paid

I have confirmed for my loans, David was paid. So I expect the pool to be finished. If he didn’t get paid, I shouldn’t be making payments.

I think what’s happening is when the funds are released they are using it to complete other jobs. Perhaps the banks caught on to stop funding due to predatory lending.

So now money isn’t coming in to finish other projects.

I see there was a Florida compliant filed back in 2023 which has been sealed and closed. Bad business, the money that is approved for a project should only be used for that project.
